Here is something that hasnt been posted but could be very telling about how things have been transpiring over the past couple of months.
Most large defendants delay as long as possable to get desperate lowball deal (MSFT/PF), and other delay to try and put small companies out of business. These may have been the tactics up until SFOR filed the 8-k about the $1.5M-$3M in Litigation Financing in mid Sept.
Entrust must have realized (as will the others) that there was no more delaying, as sfor has enough $$ to run suits for another year and ge their terms or close to it.
Its my belief, please someone correct me if they think that im off on this theory, that this Litigation Financing was the noose tightening around their proverbial necks.
