They kneeled down, couldn't handle the pressure and settled on all matters. They had ZERO leverage and got nothing out of it except SETTLEMENT with Ropes & Gray.
Reading the counter dockets from RG, I am of a opinion that amount could be big here as well with licencing deals, royalty and pushing of new SFOR products into 10K clients of Entrust in 103 countries.
