nope ..
i was the one who thought Eco wasn't given enough time re: external sales
and they were (from memory so i may be off) 8k'd in Jan 2015 ..
the update of March 2016 .. put paid to them and focused *presumably* internally
so for me (with exception of RE asset sold earlier this year which imo should have been sold 3 or 4 years ago) and the input from RC in May .. it's more like one year
again for me i want mgmt's *intent* articulated specific to blending site and plant
