I appreciate that Mark is conservative. He told me when I was in his office in April that the future is very bright and that the near future is why he invested in SFOR many years ago. He said that there would still be bumbs in the road this year (I didn't know what he meant...I do now!) and there certainly have been but when the deals are announced it will be big. Also, just my opinion but I can't see how an investor gives 1.5 million with payback upon settlement without having some knowledge of the IPR and settlement projections.
