I did on Oct. 2, after requesting the SS from the TA. I posted the SS.
I won't post the email. He confirmed they have a new distributor and with better payment terms (former distributor was 90 days). He also confirmed big deals coming.
I also asked, if the PTAB dismisses all claims, are the lawfirms ready to file more infringement suits ASAP. He wouldnt comment (I expected that answer).
