You change your story constantly. First you said naked shorts don't have to cover if they don't want to because no one can force them to cover. Now you said they have to cover if IPIX uplists.
The reason Leo decided to change the CUSIP # was because some shareholders suggested the idea to him if he wanted to expose the naked shorts. You can ask Drano if you still don't believe they have to cover after the CUSIP # changes.
The same will happen if IPIX uplists to Nasdaq. Its CUSIP # will change. So you're contradicting yourself.
