There are also reasons why companies do not file on time, even on the big boards......
I do feel the company should file appropriate paperwork to inform shareholders of the delay.
They have missed in the passed and have filed the appropriate paperwork within a reasonable amount of time.
It's the lot of small, resource constrained companies sometimes.....
