There are certain deadlines that every respectable company should always hit as the due dates are well known in advance. One of those is the filing deadline. It just shows carelessness.

Since their financials are not audited, it makes it even more pathetic as they really shouldn't take that long to put together. I know from experience and doing this for 15+ years.
