On August 25, AVDX signed a binding LOI with Infusion and CHF. The LOI obligates the company to allow them to exchange their existing notes for new Series A that are convertible into a little less than 283 million shares so long as they invest $750K in total. They have already invested $400K towards that amount.
So they are getting a little less than 283 million AVDX shares for less than $.003 a share.
On the same day, GC resigned from the AVDX board.
He probably had too as this completely decimates the AMBS holdings in AVDX.
