Pretty unbelievable- GC now owns 20 million shares of Avant and will be owed $450k for doing nothing. Even the 2 idiots from international infusion each own more than 10 million shares. So even if they had a big funding, GC is getting $225k year and Giox would get a raise to $360k per year- they don't even have a phone that works.
Also their own attorney is suing them:
Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP (“SRFK”) filed a complaint (the “SRFK Complaint”) in the Court Case No. 654465/2017, alleging, among other things, breach of contract, account stated, quantum meruit and unjust enrichment against the Company, in connection with a retainer agreement, dated March 8, 2016, by and between the Company and SRFK (the “Agreement”). SRFK is seeking, among other things, compensatory damages in excess of $120,110, legal fees, interest and such other relief as the Court deems just and proper.
