Gary, I'm in your court on this 100 percent. I know a lot of investors are ready to buy a lot more shares if it wants to head to .20 or a bit lower , this includes me. Many of these people are some that got out but understand the company well and are just waiting for some sort of conformation of sales. Other are true longs who hold nice positions now and are in it for the long haul. To put this in perspective, the right investors are starting to hold this stock more and more every day as this decline continues.

What does this mean?

I think it's going to make the next run all that more exciting. When knowledgeable investors are holding a vast majority of a stock and then great news is released has always proven to be a perfect storm in a stock. I believe the scale is finally tipping in our favor and good, knowledgeable investors of OWCP will be taking control of this stock.
