The Judge listed on the last set of papers files is Richard Franklin Boulware II. He was appointed to this court in 2014. His Answers to the Senate Questionnaire are available online at:

It is a good read. Although he will decide on the evidence and matters of law, I think his background would suggest that he is an advocate for the oppressed and underdog. May be helpful in a Davey & Goliath type of case, IMHO!
