Very well written indeed. It is easy to talk about a case which lasted this long and which would have even bankrupt healthy companies but it is hard to carry on with it with a lot of tenacity and patience for all these years. That's a huge credit to Mr. Berman. Very few would have the heart to do so. All the shameful tactics and market manipulations outlined in the case should be paid back. Almost 7 years and they are almost there!
