Really? This is going to be sub penny in a month. I have a small position here, which I knew was going to be a write-off.
This company is set on following the standard penny stock path. Billions of shares being sold... very little product being sold.
Red Flags: "Increasing shares to fund acquisitions." WTF do they need to acquire? They need to use the money to make, market, and sell the products that they have been advertising for the last several years.
