If you go back over the official PRs released by Li and Grisaffi, you will see all kinds of things that were promised, but never delivered. I believe the real reason that David and Harrington removed their names from the BoD was because the deeper they dug, the worse it smelled. I believe there will be Investigations/litigation in the future for Li and Grisaffi. Meanwhile, our stock is down 25% so far today.
