You do know that even a measly $1k to sit on a BOD for a company that has never turned a profit nor has been operational for 4 years is 100,000 shares. That will crush the share price to .001 if 3-4 people sell that measly amont. Who would take that task on for $1k?? more like $10k or a paltry 1MM shares. Enjoy your day!
