imo stock would be the compensation and possibly deferred at that until X goals
are both articulated and executed by an independent BoD
you may remember i noted last year with the infusion of the $600k that it won't
surprise me to see one of those investors' sourced .. seated
i would like to see 4 aspects out of P2O's mgmt b4 this year ends:
CEO's form/s updated ..
Independent BoD seated (to me this is a BoD of 5 .. presuming CEO and PB remain .. it would require 3 candidates)
AGM date filed and subsequently held
An Update out of mgmt after BoD seated .. articulating *intent* re: the vision for P2O
and specifically ..
the future of both the blending site and the plant ..
I sound like a broken record .. but mgmt has numerous options .. it would be nice
to see a plan laid out .. for all to digest
