I don't understand the FDA point either. They have won the previous case as well; so, why now?
Finally, despite the accusations, no one is Saying that SP is everything. However, it is a result of everything that goes on and it is important. I don't understand why it is not even possible to comment on it? We don't run the company and I per se have no interest in doing so. However, we see the results in SP one way or the other. Is it undervalued, yes. Why is it so bad to talk about it? Why do you get blamed to talk about SP when the company is trading at 6 cent levels? As an investor, an outsider, what are you going to look at? This does not make you a "trader". It is important and it needs to be evaluated. It is not only SP which matters!!!
