Rule 1-3 are being abused

Everyone has a chance to be a Mod - no one stepped up - no one,
I will step down when someone wants to step up.
I commute 4 hours a day - and work 9 hours - daily M-F as well as working 12 additional weekends -
We are talking the company here, NOT each other.
They are simple rules - please keep within them.
