It would not surprise me in the least to see IPIX pursue legal action against Mako and all affiliated groups (including individual bashers).
If I were one of them, I'd be pretty worried. If they're not, they should be.
That particularly includes the multi-identity bashers (and those who have turned and post purportedly bullishly), because the use of the multi-identities proves that they attempted to manipulate people's trades.
TheBunny/The Monolith should be worried, as should the fool who posted that he had a minimum of 5 identities that he posted under. Some of us have screenshots of various incriminating posts, and will gladly supply them to IPIX's lawyers.
