So what was the eventual resolution of those missing 13 million shares in the Dole case? I hear all about this but never see a resolution. If there are actually 300M shares of IPIX out on the market due to counterfeiting, how is it ever resolved? Are we permanently stuck with them? I would absolutely love to see a gigantic hidden short interest in this company but there is simply no evidence of it. What if such a shorting entity goes bankrupt trying to cover. Who eats the difference?
