IR replied back.
My question:
Is there a contingency plan in case the funding doesn’t come through? If so, what would be the details?
Their answer:
The funding has already been agreed upon and contracts signed.
My question:
How is the audit coming? Is it in progress at this point or are we holding off until we get the funding? Will it be done for Sept 30th?
Their answer:
There is no audit and has been no announcement of any audit.
My question:
I am assuming that the Long Side court case has not been completed. Is this correct and where do we stand at this point with them? Is there anything you can share with us at this point? Are we basically waiting for the funding to be given to NTEK in order to pay the fine or is there something more to it?

It has been settled and is awaiting payment of the settlement.
