I'm actually hoping for trial even if it takes longer. Just to get treble damages.
These 7 infringers will tell investors what this company is worth up the road.
Ex. If SFOR settles for avg of $10 milly each. That's $70milly. After attorneys they take $40+/- milly. That's a $400 milly valuation (must settle with royalties). With 30+/- more to follow 1.6Billy valuation.
NOW THROW IN TREBLE DAMAGES!!!
We will also hopefully see ACS contracts with the keystroke encryption, there is a lawfirm looking into infringers of the keystroke encryption, international patents, 3 more Protectid patent pending, etc.
This is all speculation!!!!
Only time will tell where we stand with this ticker.
