So three infringers with 3 law firms each with a team of lawyers. If it only costs 10,000 a day for these 3 teams that is 4.43 million dollars already spent by these 3 infringers. Pure speculation on my part but 10k a day is not that much really for 3 law firms. That would be about 3300 a day for each. How much overhead does that cover? It sure seems cheaper to pay a one time fee and forward licensing royalty. If it goes to trial which I highly doubt, they are looking at treble damages..Welcome SplitH.
