USGL Management have NO Reason to stare at the PPS. Their behind the scenes activity has no immediate impact to the PPS. Even with news equity can go up, down and sideways with the good, bad or ugly. Ever watch incredible earnings on an equity position and then the stock gets smashed in the market that day?
