Maybe that's why the 21M was a small part of a much larger picture "APPLE???"
Maybe the investors behind the 21M knew about the bigger picture and felt secure enough knowing acquiring Illuminate Hollywood would set up for the bigger picture.
There was mention of 500M as part of the bigger picture, let's just hope that it's for Apple taking stake in UF like Liberty Media taking stake in Sirius and not 500M acquiring UF.
The combine assets and revenues from Illuminate & 4K Studios and Global Streaming with UF ....... HUGE CASH COW !!!!!
There was talk that ROKU was offered 500M a while back and refused it.
