Yes they do, pretty frequently actually. The companies that Apple has deals with do not disclose their OEM relationships. The hardware companies are obvious because you can take apart an Apple device and identify the parts/manufacturer.
The software companies usually get bought out if Apple integrates their product into the OS. Siri is a perfect example of this....
