I don't use the "All or None" feature quite often. When I don't I'm usually put first in line to get filled when it hits that price. Quite often, because of this, sometimes my order is filled at different prices, even if the market maker is an a** and fills 1 - 20 shares a bit lower, the price reflects it on the tape. So I'm a bit confused of what your saying.
