Ahhhh fity. I totally expected this. KB told me he was going to do this release right before they file on the 28th, or perhaps sooner, because he now has proof that DECN shareholders and people claiming to be shareholders are feeding J&J information, much of it lies, opinions and twisted words. And J&J has run with it and published it in their pleadings. And now its payback time.
Who would have thought that scoop and alydyr would become the best witnesses DECN has? And some of these traders on the message board want more information that can be used to trade and become information to sell.
Judges hate to be manipulated and lied to. J&J's case has become a compendium of message board gossip. So yes, KB does expect to win, but that was certainly not the rationale behind the news.
