Good morning dneighnay and KMAGgers...

My understanding of  the way a Reverse Split works is as follows taking say a 10-1 RS with a simple example (you have less shares but your investment dollars remain the same till it trades):

Have:    100k shares currently at .006 = $600 investment.

RS:       10k shares are at .06 = $600 investment.

When its trading again, the pps fluctuates up or down accordingly.

There's much chatter about an RM/RS, which would be the quicker, less complicated way to get out of the greys but I personally think if Mr. Reid were to do that, it would be in the least hurtful way to shareholders and would be a relatively low RS.

I believe Reid has had a plan for a long time and, although he's had a couple of unexpected stumbling blocks along the way, really wants his ultimate goal achieved.  That goal: a growing, successful business with in-demand products, clients and revenues.  We must all realize by now, the fundamentals have not changed for KMA Global... if anything it has found new products (GEMINI), clients and venues.

I believe we may hear something very soon from Mr. Reid that may clarify all of this but in the meantime....
