someone tell me how a R/S is beneficial to me.  Let's assume a 10;1 R/S ... my shares suddenly are reduced 10 times and now I have 120,000 shares.  If the price goes to 10 cents after the R/S then my value is $ 12,000.  Now if we just wait, it will get to 10 cents anyway this year.  My value is then $ 120,000.  Am I thinking wrong?
