oh they are definitely struggling .. 
that is crystal clear .. and they don't like an educated retail investor either ..
as i just noted to another via PM .. be very aware of what options are in play
over the coming two weeks +
goal is to always reset the 52 week low .. imo mgmt scuttled that attempt this
week (tho' i never rule out NRs' orchestrated efforts re: another hit piece or two
but of course like the child who cried *wolf* once too frequently .. impact is lost
even when trades are manufactured for volume or daily reg sho % dilution)

curious to see if next week's efforts work up IPIX another 8c (give or take)
and what volume/tape reveals ..
we also get SROs' reported *legal* out on ah's on the 24th .. of course that
settlement date was 8.11.17
