well...here's a little bit of reality for all of those who require "proof" that PTOI has been illegally naked shorted.....
If you KNOW it and can provide PROOF, you are
1. A professional forensic accountant/investigator ..........or someone with an interest in collecting this data for your own purposes.
2. You are one of the sides of the transaction....which makes you complicit..and GUILTY!!
3. NOBODY (who hasn't been hired to investigate the crime) will provide proof for an illegally naked shorted stock because.....it leads to a complicit or negligent charge, or an outright admission of guilt.... NOBODY is doing that until the final chapter in which there is an agreed settlement....typically
So this whole ignorant standoff....."got a link"??? "got proof"??? BS!!!...it doesn't exist and won't ever exist until the position is actually covered and /or a settlement occurs.
And since we know that illegal and abusive, naked short selling does occur via a system that is negligent...and that is a fact...documented.... many times over..... whether it's PTOI...Overstock....or any other stock....one cannot say that the numbers provided by the entities that possess manipulated data through various sources is "proof" the stock hasn't been illegally naked shorted.
There is no argument here......it is what it is...until it isn't anymore...
