yep....I have seen two instances where staunch believers of NSS theory, swore that a name change and cusip change would expose the NS and create the moass people were waiting for.

Name and cusip changed and....not a single thing happened.

But again, I'm not a student of the subject. But some people at the time were certain of it. When I asked why it didn't happen?....crickets.
