Atlas - I received the same response from IR and have the same questions.
I also received this response:
"We have not made any announcements about the closing of the investment yet.
NTGL Shares will be distributed when they are received from NTGL
There have been no announcements about audited financials.
The shareholder meeting has not been scheduled."
I also received this response:
