Full Disclosure regarding settlement!
I'm getting what appears to be a conflicting report. IR says, "We have had a settlement in place for some time. We are trying to get the final information to close the settlement".
Sounds to me like this may not be new news at all. It is my understanding that NTEK did indeed come to a settlement with LongSide but that was a long time ago and NTEK allegedly did not comply with the terms of the agreement; thus, Long Side had the case reopened. Therefore, the above statement from IR while true, in that a settlement was reached, it also appears they are still in the midst of this b.s. court battle and nothing has changed. Anyone with more info or another perspective care to share?
