I think it's the right move for the company. They need capital and a stronger stock price, and it was always going to be very hard to achieve that kind of bootsrapped success with a trip 0 stock and a 10 billion OS.

If you look at the last filing you will notice that there was $50,000 raised in the quarter at a post split value of .50 cents. I expect more capital to be raised to further the business using the same non-dilutive methods as last year. Only with the float lower, and more manageable and the price higher, it will be more practical to raise the capital needed.
