Agree, genius often comes with shortcoming's. I'm dyslexic, gives me a high IQ and genius level ability is some areas, not to say I am a genious by by means. I am saying genious presents its own set of challenges. For me, I most often see the bigger picture that others don't. But to achieve my vision I need to surround myself with achievers to bring that vision to fruition. I often reference a specifies of frog, that only has one female in the group. If the female dies only one of the males out of necessity evolves and becomes female. I find this to be true in business, some of the successful members on our board may have at one time, out of necessity, evolved to that success destination's out of necessity, but only in as the absence of that strong leader which was likely missing at that time so out of necessity they evolved to a top spot. But in a leadership strong environment they may only be just another frog. Tony does need to keep a sharp eye on the evolution of his team as well as their contributions and make changes quickly to keep the team alive and thriving. If Tony as with Igor, Tony evolved to the top spot. If Tony fails there is already a team member primed and ready for that evolution. They may not even know it right now. This next 30 days will be rough, news sooner would be better! Looking forward to seeing and hearing of real progress. Some enthusiasm we can all get behind.
