Munchausen is a possibility. You almost have to have some level of Munchausen to mastermind a project like this and et good people like myself to get behind it. Its all doable, but needs to be done with the outcome that the public and shareholder's can believe in. With Munchausen, that belief is often only temporary for those around the individual with the disorder.
