They couldn't spare any more??
My limit order (for a day only) of 25,000 shares at bid 0.014 netted only the 2145 shares sold at 12:45 PM that was instantly mirrored at .0142 (hidden).
But happy to see the large majority of today's sales went to fellow PTOI longs!
