As someone with chronic pain, I must agree that there has to be a better alternative than what is going on now. I go to the "Pain Center" Monday to see what they say. Ummmmm? More drugs for you. Hope not.
OWCP offers great hope in that arena, however, it still comes down to 2018 when states in the US and countries in the EU actually finalize the implementation of MMJ. Great strides have been accomplished worldwide with the acceptance of MMJ, but until things really take effect and get kicked into high gear is next year. Whether it's Jan. 1 or whenever, that's when distribution of MMJ can occur. Can't wait. Hopefully I can get a script here in PA.
Patience is needed and IMO, OWCP is doing everything correct. Research done early, distribution done according to law in each municipality, state, or country and then profits for more research.
