That might be true on the big boards...but on the otc ....the SEC could care less..I have been through this several times before and only in one case where I was lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit did I receive some money back and it was like 20 cents on the dollar.
Anyone that thinks the SEC gives a shit or will do anything about this bs is delusionaI. I was part of the biggest stock fraud in the history of the market. CMKX.
If you don't believe me..Google CMKX and see what you find....
I still hold 60 million shares in certificate form.
We have been tied up in litigation since 2006.
The court dates keep getting put off over and over.
Some of the criminals are incarcerated, others have passed away.
We had a shareholder group of around 50ooo people.
Many were older people and some have passed away.
There is no sense of urgency to bring this case to a close even though it represented the worst case of naked shorting in the history of the market.
We traded over 300 million shares several times on a single trading day...
So I am sorry if I don't have empathy for those here that think sending an email or two to the SEC is going to do anything.
It won't.
Move on and direct your energy to something positive.
