MMJ Cycle as of today. I do not post many messages, and wanted to clarify an ongoing question sent to me privately quite often.
Today GW Pharma was downgraded to a hold from a buy. This signals the next trend in the MMJ space, which opens the door to other companies on the rise like OWC, PURA ect.. AXIM had a buy rating of 17.00 not too long ago, but it's mulling around 7.20 which is lower than expected. CNBX is struggling to stay over 1.00 again. PURA is around .024 with news of a possible 100 Million in revenues in the near future.
The outgoing Obama administration was relaxed towards MMJ, while the incoming Trump administration is against MMJ. The charts going back to all the MMJ stocks clearly shows this trend. Now the cycle looks to finally be changing which means everything that has been taken down over the last few months is poised for a nice rebound. Nevada just declared a state of emergency because they ran out of MMJ. It's the tax dollars they need desperately which is also the fastest growing industry in Nevada. This will be a common theme throughout the U.S. Just wait and see what happens when the tax dollars stop from MMJ.
Lastly I watched several small undervalued MMJ companies get bought out a month ago, and many more acquisitions will be taking place soon, as their valuations are so cheap. This market is an absolute no brainer, but you have to be patient as the next cycle starts again.
We believe there will be 3 extremely profitable cycles through out this year, with the first one obviously behind us. Roughly 10 more smaller MMJ companies will be bought out in the next 3 months, all with similar business models and product.
Hope this helps some of you that have asked me for my opinion. If you are diversified in this industry, look for the companies assisting the MMJ industry like the lighting companies providing the hydro lighting, the Point of Sale companies providing guidance with credit card processing, The compose companies providing top grade rich soil to enhance growing operations. Remember it's not necessarily the MMJ companies making the bulk of the money, but the companies assisting them to make it all possible.
Until something major happens see you all around the holidays. We should be in a very nice position by then.
