I realize B-OM is going to be a great advancement for the treatment of this terrible condition. My question is whether a stronger dosage from that being given in the current trial would be even more efficacious. Considering the negligible side effects of B to date IMO it would seem prudent to test higher dosage and try and bring those that are helped by the treatment to nearly 100%.

Get the current dosage into the hands of patients as soon as possible, but down the line get a stronger dosage into their hands for even better overall success.
