More than likely the NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement)
is a Multilateral type that IPIX has w' certain Co's.
Which basically means under the agreement the Co's get first
review on the protected info before further disclosure.
It has no bearing whatsoever on possibly deal,if/when info is publicly disclosed.
It equates to first eyes on info,& the responsibility of the rec party
to maintain in confidence that info until publicly disclosed.
