"Per IR the release of 3.0 is not dependent on the 21M funding. This has been confirmed by several other NTEK longs as well as another IR confirmation to me last week. IR has also firmly stated to me 3.0 will be released upon its completion without regard to the 21M funding. This however seems a bit curious to me as we would then have a tech marvel in UF 3.0 but no money for movie contracts or the 3,0 advertising campaign. That part makes no sense"??
