NTEK Longs- Every week IR provides a bit more info
NTEK Longs- Every week IR provides a bit more info regarding the 21M investment fund as we move ever closer to the time it hits the NTEK bank account.
The latest obtained from IR just yesterday indicates that NTEK was identified by these "investors" as an excellent investment candidate but first the investors requested a business plan. NTEK then presented a business plan to make use of the $21m investment to a fund manager who was managing a $500m fund. They liked the proposal and agreed to provide the $21m that was requested.
We do not know if the "investors" are actually the fund manager or if there is a separate "angel private investor" involved. IR did state the "investors" have committed the 21M to NTEK and the only thing we are waiting for is the remaining portion of the 500M transaction's completion and NTEK has no control over this.
Per IR the release of 3.0 is not dependent on the 21M funding. This has been confirmed by several other NTEK longs as well as another IR confirmation to me last week. IR has also firmly stated to me 3.0 will be released upon its completion without regard to the 21M funding. This however seems a bit curious to me as we would then have a tech marvel in UF 3.0 but no money for movie contracts or the 3,0 advertising campaign. That part makes no sense??
NTEK obviously will not divulge the other parties involved with the 500M transaction and they would NOT even say the number of players that are involved.
One thing is for sure, I have never seen more confidence, arrogance and bravado in anyone more than DF and the IR person when it comes to this 21M funding and the genius of UF 3.0. It is extremely insulting and annoying to be told by David and IR repeatedly that shareholders are NOT really investors in NTEK and we take a back seat to the 21M investor. I fully understand what they are trying to say regarding the investing part HOWEVER they should not be making these type of remarks to shareholders who have incurred very heavy paper losses.
With that being said David and IR all will be forgiven once we receive official news "from the company" that the funding has actually been received and we actually "SEE" UF 3.0 on our screens. Then of course we have all the swirling rumors of Apple and other tech giants thrown into the mix and if just one of those rumors turns out to be true then all Hell will break loose.
IMO if we do not have either 3.0 or the funding by just after Labor Day 2107 it is all over for SH's BUT I still have faith it will happen within the next 1-30 days
