suspect the issue of the permits isn't what P2O has from NYSDEC rather specific
to *local* site situation/s .. regardless RH's inability to address P2O investors in
a manner befitting a pubco Ceo is incredibly frustrating .. at least for me
but agreed .. there are numerous entities involved and only some aspects are
controlled by P2O re: this first sale
