I'm following and investing in the technology here and in order to have valuable, protectable IP, the requests to protect said IP are 100% legal and reasonable. Otherwise why invest. Is this a takedown of some kind? I don't know, but 4K will survive. I expect that the full disclosure offered will be taken and situation can be handled. It appears by reading the 12 pages of requests, NTEK has everything requested ready to hand over. Only need the non disclosure agreement for all privacy and IP protection.
