The AS doesn't mean anything right now. It's mislabeled on the OTC markets at 2 Billion and I believe the filing with Nevada shows 499 Million. I have to double check that though....
The reverse split was about a year ago (25.1 to 1). Currently, the stock is at an all time low. That's why the naked shorts are desperate for NTEK longs to sell.
The all time high is equivalent of about $4.48. The market cap at that time was approximately 80 Million and the stock was trading on speculation before Ultraflix was even made public.
Now, Ultraflix is available on many platforms and the stock is trading at a market cap of 3.4 Million.
